Role Description The Statistics and Data Analysis Trainer will design and deliver training programs that help learners understand and apply statistical concepts and analytical methods in business and management contexts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing course materials, developing case studies and practical exercises, delivering in-person and online sessions, and providing feedback on participants’ assignments and projects. The trainer will also update curricula based on industry trends, collaborate with the academy team to align content with program objectives, and support learners through Q&A, mentoring, and office hours. This is a hybrid role based in Al Jizah, Egypt, with a mix of on-site teaching and some work-from-home responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in statistics, data analysis techniques, and applied quantitative methods. Experience using statistical or data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or similar software). Demonstrated ability to design clear, structured training content, including presentations, exercises, and assessments. Effective teaching, coaching, or facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage. Experience applying data-driven insights in business, management, or related professional settings. Comfort with delivering training in both classroom and online formats, including basic familiarity with e-learning platforms. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and reliability in planning sessions, meeting deadlines, and documenting learner progress. Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or lecturer in statistics or data analysis is preferred.
