Job Details

  • Lead and manage the Planning and Cost Control functions across projects.

  • Develop, review, and monitor baseline programs and project schedules.

  • Track project progress, critical paths, delays, and key milestones.

  • Prepare and monitor recovery plans and mitigation strategies.

  • Establish and monitor project budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, and cash flow.

  • Prepare Cost-to-Complete (CTC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and cost variance reports.

  • Prepare accurate monthly project controls reports and management dashboards.

  • Analyze project performance in terms of Time, Cost, Progress, and Forecast.

  • Identify potential delays, cost overruns, and project risks at an early stage.

  • Provide planning and cost control support to Contracts and Commercial teams.

  • Support EOT, Delay Analysis, Variations, and Claims through schedule and cost analysis.

  • Review the time and financial impact of variations, delays, and changes.

  • Ensure proper project records and documentation are maintained to support contractual claims.

  • Develop and implement project controls procedures, systems, and reporting standards.

  • Lead, coach, and develop Planning and Cost Control Engineers.

  • Provide senior management with recommendations and corrective actions based on project performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Construction, Fit-Out, Finishing

  • Proven experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control, and Project Controls.

  • Strong practical knowledge of Primavera

  • Strong Excel and project reporting skills.

  • Solid understanding of construction project execution and project cost management.

  • Practical experience with Contracts, Variations, EOT, Delay Analysis, and Claims support.

  • Previous experience managing a Planning / Cost Control / Project Controls team.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with ERP / project management systems is preferred.
