1. Job Description:
   We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The role involves coordinating construction drawing designs, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and providing technical support during project execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with design software and strong attention to detail.

2. Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate construction drawing design work and lead drawing review meetings.

• Prepare and maintain the company’s technical standards, process manuals, technical measures, and drawing atlases.

• Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of interior design drawings.

• Conduct training on technical and quality standardization while monitoring drawing quality and addressing recurring issues.

• Handle filing of project design contracts with authorities, submit construction drawings for review, respond to review center comments, and secure necessary approvals.

• Provide design clarifications and on-site technical support to clients and construction teams, resolving technical issues during execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience in construction drawing design and interior design projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max is must, and other design tools (Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of technical standards and design documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
