SAP MDM and SAP application support for business operations. Maintain reliable SAP data and stable application processes across operational functions. Bridge business needs with SAP functional and technical delivery.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, validate, and govern SAP and MES master data in line with approved business standards. Manage master data objects including materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, equipment, vendors, customers, storage locations, and operational data. Support master data requirements across SAP MM, PP, QM, EWM, PM, SD, and FI/CO, including SAP-MES integration points. Collect business requirements and resolve SAP master data or application support issues with relevant stakeholders. Support data migration, opening balance preparation, uploads, cleansing, reconciliation, validation, approvals, and audit requirements. Support SAP deployment, and post-go-live activities. Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with business data owners. Prepare SAP reports and queries to track data quality, request aging, SLA compliance, and operational impact. Provide end-user support for SAP master data processes and SAP application incidents. Support SAP enhancements, automation, integrations, ABAP analysis, debugging, and technical coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2 to 4 years in an SAP-based organization supporting live business operations. SAP MDM experience with hands-on MM and/or PP master data exposure. Broad SAP functional and technical support capability. SAP implementation or rollout support experience. SAP ABAP development experience or strong technical knowledge, with debugging awareness and strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; spoken and written.
