Sales Engineer – Organic Fertilizer (Frass)

Proteina Organic is looking for a target-driven Sales Engineer to support the growth and market development of our Black Soldier fly Frass (Organic fertilizer).
Role & Responsibilities :
Identify customer needs and develop new accounts across farms, nurseries, distributors, and agricultural companies. Achieve sales targets and manage opportunities from initial contact through closing. Present the product’s technical benefits and applications to prospective and existing customers. Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, trials, and customer follow-ups. Build long-term customer relationships and provide ongoing technical support. Develop an understanding of fertilizer registration and regulatory requirements in Egypt. Support market awareness through exhibitions, field activities, and industry networking. Maintain sales records and contribute to sales forecasts and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Science, or a related field. Experience in fertilizers, agricultural inputs, organic products, or technical sales is preferred. Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Target-oriented with a strong ability to develop new business. Ability to travel regularly for customer and field visits; access to personal transportation is preferred. Good command of English is an advantage.
