Al Alamein El Gedida (New Alamein City) – Matruh Governorate Benha – Qalyubia Governorate Cairo Governorate (Maadi & First Settlement) El Arish – North Sinai Governorate Ismailia – Ismailia Governorate Sharqia Governorate (10th of Ramadan City)
Job Responsibilities:
Providing banking products and services for the royal clients. Managing the relationship with the royal clients to retain existing clients and expand the existing portfolio. Manage the customers portfolio effectively to increase the bank’s segment profitability. Ensure providing prompt assistance to the Royal clients. Ensure customers satisfaction and aligning with the concerned bank’s functions to solve the Royal client’s complaints. Ensure meeting the business sales plan targets for the royal segment. Ensure constant contact and follow up with the royal clients to ensure providing them with the best services and financial solutions. Preparing and submitting the required monthly reports related to the managed portfolio. Follow up on the royal clients’ requests. Ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulations.
Job Qualifications:
A relevant University degree Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the retail banking.
