Prepare and follow up the periodic and preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with production department.
Review maintenance records and prepare spare parts purchase orders.
Monitoring the performance of all machines to ensure the efficiency of operations.
Maintain all emergencies and routine stoppage.
Maintaining company buildings/Facilities whenever needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as reliability-centered maintenance, process optimization, and cost reduction efforts.
Motivate team members and promote teamwork.
Report all Mechanical failures and their corrective actions and root cause analysis.
Prepare requested reports on operational activities and maintenance progress.
Ensuring that all quality and Safety systems are in place to ensure the production of the products that are in line Company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Mechanical - Mechatronics).
2 -4 Years of experience
Familiar with manufacturing technologies
Strong communication, Analytical and problem-solving skills.

الاحتفاظ بجميع حالات الطوارئ والتوقف الروتيني.
الصيانة للمباني/المرافق الخاصة بالشركة عند الحاجة.
الإسهام في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، مثل الصيانة المعتمدة على الاعتمادية، وتحسين العمليات، وتقليل التكاليف.
تحفيز أعضاء الفريق وتعزيز العمل الجماعي.
الإبلاغ عن جميع الأعطال الميكانيكية وإجراءاتها التصحيحية وتحليل السبب الجذري.
إعداد التقارير المطلوبة عن الأنشطة التشغيلية وتقدم الصيانة.
ضمان وجود جميع أنظمة الجودة والسلامة لضمان إنتاج المنتجات وفق معايير الشركة.

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (المي Mechanical - الميكاترونكس).
