1.     Maintenance Planning & Execution

·        Submit and finalize corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans for production line machines.

·        Conduct regular inspections to evaluate machinery condition and diagnose problems.

·        Review maintenance records, diagnose faults, and prepare required maintenance statements.

·        Complete examination and repair forms and prepare improvement proposals.

·        Distribute and follow up on all maintenance tasks according to approved maintenance requests.

·        Ensure all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.

·        Maintain mechanical systems, converters, and hydraulic motors.

·        Check and maintain power systems and electrical components in production.

·         Spare Parts & Procurement Control

·        Analyze spare parts requirements for all production line machines.

·        Ensure availability of spare parts in coordination with warehouse and procurement.

·        Handle all PR requests for spare parts and follow up until the full cycle is completed.

2.     Documentation, Logs & Reporting

·        Ensure machinery logs are up to date and conduct performance analysis.

·        Prepare reports related to repairs, inspections, and development proposals.

3.     Safety & Compliance

·        Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any anticipated risks or violations.

4.     Coordination & Issue Resolution

·        Analyze and follow up on maintenance complaints from production departments.

·        Direct, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities on production lines.

5.     Team Development & Training

·        Develop maintenance team members and provide necessary training programs to enhance their technical skills.

Support improvement of production procedures through continuous team development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics)

1 To 3 Years of experience in the same position in relevant field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).

Previous Experience using ERP is a plus.

Excellent command of English is a must
