Job Details

·        Act as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to business leaders and department heads.

·        Understand business objectives and translate them into effective people strategies and HR initiatives.

·        Partner with management on workforce planning, manpower requirements, and organizational structure.

·        Drive performance management processes and support managers in setting meaningful KPIs and performance improvement plans.

·        Identify talent gaps and support talent management, succession planning, career development, and retention initiatives.

·        Analyze HR data and workforce trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.

·        Support managers in handling employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievances, and conflict resolution.

·        Monitor employee engagement, culture, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity and recommend corrective actions.

·        Coach and advise managers on effective people management and leadership practices.

·        Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment plans and hiring priorities meet business needs.

·        Support organizational development and change management initiatives.

·        Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company standards.

·        Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence / HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, L&D, and OD to deliver business solutions.

·        Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and management recommendations.

·        Identify opportunities to improve workforce productivity, employee experience, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        7-10 years of HR experience, preferably with proven HRBP or HR Generalist experience.

·        Strong experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning.

·        Strong understanding of HR practices and labor regulations.

·        Excellent communication, influencing, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to support business decisions.

·        Good knowledge of HRIS, Excel, and HR dashboards/analytics.

·        Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively with senior management.

·        English: Very Good to Excellent.
