We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to manage and oversee daily manufacturing processes, ensure optimal production capacity, and implement quality standards in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Execution:
Prepare sub-plans and operational programs to achieve the company's main targets.
Develop weekly and monthly operating/loading plans for production departments and monitor execution with the Production Manager.
Prepare production drawings, assembly procedures, and panel nesting instructions according to standard operating procedures.
Design molds for the company’s products.
Quality & Operations Management:
Implement approved quality control plans across all production phases.
Supervise and manage all production elements within the factory to maintain smooth workflow.
Periodically assess production capacity and report findings to the Production Manager to hit required outputs.
Participate in executing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Reporting & Documentation:
Submit weekly progress reports detailing completed work, postponed tasks, and root causes of delays to the Production Manager.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports for top management to evaluate performance and workflow.
Training & Leadership:
Train and mentor production workers, sharing technical expertise to enhance team performance.
Partner with HR to create training programs that establish a qualified second-line technical crew.
Assist the Factory Manager/Director in planning and scheduling work shifts.
General Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with official procedures and policies approved by the Planning Department.
Perform any daily or monthly tasks assigned by direct management within the scope of the role.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or relevant specialization).
Experience: Mid-level (7–10) years of experience in manufacturing/production environments).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Nesting software.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, time management, and capacity planning skills.
