Higher or upper-intermediate qualification suitable. Experience of at least 5 years in warehouses, including at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in an industrial company. Good experience in finished goods warehouses and receipt, issuance, and inventory processes. Ability to coordinate daily between warehouses, production, and deliveries to ensure orders are ready on time. Ability to identify causes of delays, solve problems, and prevent cross-department accountability. Good skills in leading a team, task delegation, follow-up, and accountability. Accuracy in recording stock movements and reconciling physical stock with the system. Proficiency in computer and ERP systems, preferably Odoo. Ability to prepare concise reports on inventory, overdue orders, and operational issues. An organized and assertive personality, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
