• Supervise mechanical site activities and installation works.

• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines.

• Monitor quality, progress, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

• Resolve technical issues and prepare site progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in mechanical site engineering, preferably within the MEP contracting industry.

• Familiarity with mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).

• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
