Role Description The Pharmacist role at Free Nature Pharmacy is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for safety and appropriateness, and providing counseling on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Daily tasks include verifying patient information, maintaining up-to-date records, managing inventory and stock levels, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards. The Pharmacist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, support over-the-counter product selection, and assist in health promotion activities such as advice on preventive care and lifestyle. This role also involves contributing to a respectful, inclusive environment and delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions, and apply clinical guidelines in daily practice. Strong patient counseling and communication skills, including explaining medication use, risks, and lifestyle recommendations in clear, accessible language. Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards, with a commitment to safety, confidentiality, and quality control. Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems, maintaining electronic records, and managing inventory and ordering processes. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent), with valid pharmacist licensure/registration as required by local regulations. Ability to work on-site full time in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, including flexibility for shift work, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment. Experience in community or retail pharmacy settings is preferred; familiarity with patient-centered care and health education is an advantage.
