Draft contracts, agreements, notices, opinions, and other legal documents.
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Law preferably English section.
5 7 years of experience in real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of litigation procedures.
Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
Ability to assess legal risks.
Proven ability to work in a team and build productive relationships.
