Role Description The Logistics Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods and information across Cretik’s supply chain and client projects. This role involves managing shipment schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. The Logistics Specialist will liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues, track orders, and maintain accurate documentation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing export documentation, updating logistics systems, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and supporting overall operational planning. The role also requires proactive communication to anticipate challenges and maintain smooth logistics operations in a fast-paced, digital-focused environment. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams, vendors, and customers. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Customer Service orientation with the ability to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and support client satisfaction. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, including inventory control, transportation coordination, and vendor management. Experience with Export processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with logistics or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in tech, e-commerce, or digital products is beneficial.
