Key Responsibilities:- Lead the R&D team and drive innovation initiatives- Develop new products from concept to commercialization- Improve existing products and manufacturing processes- Manage R&D projects, timelines, and budgets- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and other functions- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / chemistry / Materials Science or related field.- 7-10 years of experience in R&D or Technical roles- At least 5 years in a managerial position- Strong experience in product development and process optimization- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
