Support the execution and continuous improvement of the Start IT incubation program, ensuring smooth operations, strong startup engagement, and the development of a high-quality pipeline of startups, with a growing focus on AI and emerging technologies.

Job Accountabilities

• Support the development of a strong pipeline of startups for the incubation program.
• Responsible for the design and implementation of bootcamps to prepare AI startups for incubation.
• Support outreach and sourcing efforts to attract high-potential startups, with particular attention to AI and emerging technology startups.
• Support and coordinate the evaluation and selection process of Start IT applicants, including screening and assessment coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of selected startups.
• Act as a main point of contact for some of the incubated startups, following up on progress, challenges, and service delivery.
• Support the implementation and day-to-day operations of the Start IT incubation program.
• Process startup requests and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Follow up with finance and relevant departments on payments and disbursements.
• Coordinate with mentors, consultants, and service providers to deliver tailored support to startups.
• Establish and maintain relationships with mentors, experts, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Support startup engagement activities, including investor introductions and follow-ups when relevant.
• Monitor startup performance against KPIs and milestones.
• Prepare periodic reports on startup progress and program performance.
• Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager based on business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Technical background is a plus

Required Experience

• 6 8 years of experience in: Startups, incubators, accelerators OR tech/product environments
• Experience with early-stage startups is preferred
