The holder of the position works under the guidance and supervision of the Chairman of the Board and is responsible for organizing and coordinating all administrative activities, correspondence, and meetings related to the Chairman, ensuring accurate and swift information flow, while managing the office affairs and following up with various departments (Production, Sales, Maintenance) to ensure implementation of directives and adherence to the required quality and confidentiality standards in plant management. • Duties & Responsibilities / Gestión & Responsibility: Agenda management: organizing the Chairman's schedule, meetings, and inspection visits inside or outside the feed plant. Correspondence and documents: drafting and reviewing correspondence, administrative reports, and supply/sales contracts for the plant, and maintaining them accurately. Communication and follow-up: linking the Chairman's office with department heads (Production, Quality, Sales) to ensure task execution. Meetings: preparing for periodic meetings, recording minutes, and following up on decisions. Visitor reception: receiving delegations, customers, and suppliers in a professional manner reflecting a positive image of the company. Confidentiality: maintaining the confidentiality of strategic plant information, prices, and feed blends. Assistance in some marketing tasks for promotional materials for exhibitions and seminars related to the company. Assistance in following up on IT systems management work to ensure smooth operation and organization. Processing and following up on purchase orders for the Chairman's Office. Processing and following up on imports and customs clearance for spare parts and feed additives. Has experience in graphic design work. Any new tasks. Professional experience as Office Director to the Chairman of the Board for at least 5 years in leading companies in the same activity. Holds a higher degree in the field (Master's degree preferred). Proficiency in English (speaking and writing). Computer literacy. - Age not less than 35 and not more than 45. - Analytical perspective for every situation or problem faced at work and identifying causes. - Ability to accomplish and perform more than one task at a time without confusion. - Physical fitness and endurance. - Ability to prepare reports and plan for emergencies. - Solve problems in an effective and practical way that saves time and maintains the budget. - Communicate and deal with every team member and every client in a manner that achieves greater success in the working relationship. - Possess organizational skills. - Proactivity and taking preventive measures based on sound forward-looking vision to protect the company from risks.
