Experience of not less than 3 years in the field of mechanical maintenance, preferably in food industries knowledge of maintenance of gearboxes, motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, alignment work, and root cause analysis of failures. Responsibilities: Leading diagnostic work for mechanical failures and repairing production and packaging equipment, including furnaces, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and HVAC systems. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans and programs according to approved schedules. Analyze fault data and Downtime to identify root causes, and propose and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime during maintenance. Manage spare parts specifications, participate in supplier selection, and monitor inventory to ensure availability. Support installation of new equipment, alignment adjustment, and participate in initial commissioning. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and occupational standards and procedures during all maintenance work. Supervising maintenance technicians and providing technical support and guidance as needed during work.
