Responsibilities and main duties: 1- Receiving and inspecting goods coming from the factory or other warehouses, and storing them properly to ensure their safety and validity. 2- Verifying the product's safety, validity, and expiration date before receipt and storage, and ensuring it complies with specifications. 3- Placing the product in its designated places inside the warehouse according to proper storage rules. 4- Arranging products so that the oldest are used first (FIFO). 5- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the storage area and ensuring it is free from any causes of damage. 6- Monitoring product movement and updating inventory records (on Excel or paper records) to ensure inventory data accuracy. 7- Issuing materials from the warehouse to requesting parties according to instructions, ensuring the recipient signs. 8- Conducting periodic stock-take of warehouse contents and comparing actual balances with warehouse and accounts records. 9- Informing warehouse management of products dispensed to sales representatives or nearing depletion to ensure reordering. 10- Implementing safety procedures followed in the organization, taking necessary precautions against fires and theft. 11- Keeping all documents related to warehouse operations organized and accurate for easy reference (receiving and issuing permits). 12- Coordinating with other departments to meet their stock needs efficiently (Sales Management).
