Responsibilities
Operate and monitor dairy product production lines according to operating instructions.
Prepare equipment and ensure it is clean and ready before production begins.
Prepare and weigh the raw materials required for each batch according to instructions.
Prepare packaging, caps, and filling materials before start of operation.
Monitor product and packaging quality during production and filling stages.
Clean and disinfect equipment, tanks, tools, and the production area after operation ends.
Fully adhere to personal hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety instructions.
Perform other production-related tasks as required by the job.
Job Requirements
Previous experience operating production or filling equipment in a dairy, yogurt, or cheese factory is required.
Ability to understand operating steps and follow instructions accurately.
Ability to notice minor equipment issues and report them.
Commitment to personal cleanliness and cleanliness of equipment and the workplace.
Ability to work in a team and stand/move during working hours.
Seriousness, discipline, and punctuality.
Housing near the factory area is preferred.
