Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical Department.
Experience of no less than 7 years in the counter and wood field.
Experience in operating and managing production lines and following up on manufacturing processes.
Ability to improve productivity, reduce waste, and raise operating efficiency.
Experience in following up preventive maintenance and coordinating with maintenance teams.
Proficiency in preparing daily reports and analyzing performance indicators.
Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams and solve problems.
Job duties:
Supervise the production process and achieve the daily plan.
Ensure application of quality and safety standards during operation.
Monitor machine and production line efficiency.
Improve work methods and increase production rates.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure continuity of production and achieve targets.
