* Distributing outages and requests daily to technicians within the region they are responsible for.* Monitoring technicians and ensuring the completion and closure of outages in the system regularly.* Monitoring all open and delayed outages within the region and working to speed up their closure.* Monitoring the productivity and performance of each technician and the achievement rates for the region.* Organizing and distributing the workload among technicians to ensure optimal use of available resources.* Continuous communication with technicians and solving operational problems they face during task execution.* Ensuring the statuses of requests and outages are updated correctly and continuously in the system.* Raising issues or obstacles that cannot be resolved to the direct supervisor and following up until closure.* Responsibility for tracking the entire workflow within the region and achieving the required achievement and productivity rates.
