Core responsibilities:
Direct supervision of the waiter and steward team during the shift
Greeting guests and assigning them to tables
Monitoring speed and quality of order delivery
Handling customer complaints and resolving them within his authority
Ensuring cleanliness and order of the hall before and during the shift
Training new waiters on service standards
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in the restaurant field (one year as captain or senior waiter)
Team leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure
Decent appearance and good communication skills with customers
