Responsibilities and Duties:
Receiving products and raw materials, reviewing quantities and actual condition, and matching them with documents.
Recording all inbound, outbound, transfers, and returns in the ERP system instantly and accurately.
Following up on work orders and orders to be prepared daily and ensuring completion within specified deadlines.
Reviewing products and quantities before delivery and ensuring the order is complete with no shortages.
Issuing raw materials, components, and products according to work orders and approved issuance permits.
Implementing and reviewing the warehouse documentation cycle, including addition, issuance, transfer, and returns permits.
Ongoing coordination with Production, Procurement, Customer Service, and Deliveries departments.
Monitoring stock balances and early reporting of shortages or items that have reached the minimum threshold.
Conducting periodic and surprise inventories and reconciling actual stock with system stock.
Preparing daily and periodic reports on inventory movement, due orders, and reasons for delays.
Organizing products inside the warehouse according to designated places and shelves, and ensuring easy access.
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety, and adhering to safety procedures.
Assuming responsibility for any warehouse discrepancies or delays caused by lack of follow-up or failure to record movements on time.
Job Requirements:
At least two years of experience in warehouses, preferably in commercial or industrial companies.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in documentation cycles, stocktaking, and warehouse reconciliations.
High accuracy in recording and reviewing data.
Ability to organize priorities and handle more than one request at a time.
Responsible and decisive personality capable of coordinating with different departments.
Commitment to deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
Residence near the workplace is preferred.
Performance Indicators:
Compliance with order preparation and delivery times.
Accuracy of stock balances and no discrepancies in stock taking.
Recording all movements in the system on the same day of execution.
Low rate of errors and shortages in orders.
Regular and orderly warehouse with easy product access.
