Tasks and responsibilities:
Receiving documents for new hires for the site and receipt confirmation of work from (employment contract – fingerprint work).
Monitor attendance and leaves of site employees via fingerprint and send periodic reports to management.
Prepare resignation procedures for resigned employees and send them to management.
Monitor probation periods for employees on site and send the relevant forms to direct managers to ensure whether the probation period was passed or not.
Be responsible for recruitment and hiring processes at the company's site and training.
Disburse salaries for new site employees.
Follow up on employees' needs regarding any human resources inquiries.
Conduct end-of-service interviews for contractors to determine reasons for resignation using the end-of-service interview form.
Prepare a periodic report on the site's need for vacant positions according to daily resignations.
