Plan and implement an integrated security plan to secure the station, its facilities, warehouses, and operating areas. Supervise security personnel, organize shifts, and monitor adherence to tasks and instructions. Secure entry and exit gates and control the movement of employees, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles. Review entry/exit permits and ensure the access control system is applied according to company policies. Secure products, raw materials, equipment, property, and prevent theft, loss, or damage. Monitor the movement of transport and loading/unloading vehicles and ensure documents and permits match. Follow up on CCTV and alarm systems and ensure their efficiency, and respond immediately to any alarms. Prepare emergency, evacuation plans and respond to incidents and security risks in coordination with relevant departments. Conduct initial investigations into incidents and security violations and prepare reports for management. Coordinate with police, civil defense, and security authorities when needed. Monitor security measures at the station during the salt receiving, sorting, filling, and storage season, especially with increased workforce and vehicle movement. Ensure compliance with security and safety instructions inside the station and coordinate with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Prepare periodic reports on security status, incidents, violations, and corrective actions. Continuously assess security risks and propose necessary measures to improve protection level.
