We are seeking a CSR & Sustainability Manager to lead our ESG and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, drive sustainability performance across the business and support the integration of responsible practices into our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of sustainability initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to enhance the company's environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance. Manage the development of the annual Sustainability Report by coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing and validating content, and ensuring accurate, transparent and timely reporting. Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of sustainability data, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions, as well as social performance indicators related to HR, HSE and CSR. Monitor sustainability KPIs, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable insights and recommendations that support continuous improvement across the organization. Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to develop and implement sustainability policies, environmental initiatives, and programs, including waste management and resource efficiency projects. Drive stakeholder engagement and promote awareness of sustainability initiatives through effective internal and external communication strategies. Manage the submission of sustainability disclosures and ESG data to relevant reporting platforms while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and frameworks. Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of SODIC's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, overseeing community initiatives, strategic partnerships and corporate citizenship programs while measuring their impact and ensuring effective communication of outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Architecture or Renewable & Sustainable Energy).5+ years of experience in Sustainability, ESG and/or CSR within a relevant industry, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, ESG standards and global frameworks such as GRI, UN SDGs, and LEED. Proven experience in sustainability reporting, environmental data analysis and performance measurement. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and accountability with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
