Beauty Lab, a sister company of SEMAK, is based in El Fayoum, Egypt, an area renowned for medicinal and aromatic plants. We specialize in cold-pressed oils, steam-distilled essential oils, and botanical extracts, serving both the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.

Role Description:

• Ensuring that all manufacturing, QC, warehousing, and support activities comply with the QMS, GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

• The role supports continuous improvement initiatives, manages quality documentation, investigates deviations, and oversees audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC, GMP, and internal procedures.

• Review and approve quality documents including specifications, Batch records, QC reports, COA, Forms, Logs, CAPA, and Validation reports

• Participate in supplier audits, qualification, documentation, and performance.

• Train employees on Quality Systems, GMP, SOPs, hygiene, and Food Safety

• Plan and conduct internal audits.

• Prepare training and audit reports, compliance scores, and follow-up corrective actions.

Manufacturing Quality Assurance

• Monitor production activities and perform in-process quality inspections.

• Verify production records before batch release.

• Review deviations affecting product quality.

• Support and review Cleaning and Process Validation

• Equipment Qualification and Calibration Programs

Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Management

• Develop, implement, and monitor CAPA effectiveness.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis and preventive actions.

• Conduct risk assessments using HACCP methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, and Food Science.

• 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in Foods, Nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Living in Upper Egypt, specially El- Fayoum.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and HACCP.

• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Knowledge of NFSA requirements is an advantage.
