About PMP
PMP is a growth agency that helps businesses translate commercial goals into clear strategy, distinctive creative work, and measurable marketing performance. Our work may span brand strategy, content, social media, creative campaigns, production, and performance marketing—built around what the client’s business actually needs. The role Your mission: create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for PMP. You will research the right prospects, open relevant conversations, understand their needs, and secure well-prepared discovery meetings for the team.
This is a consultative B2B role. The quality of the prospect, conversation, qualification, and handover matters as much as the volume of outreach.
Key responsibilities
• Build the right prospect base. Research priority industries, target companies, decision-makers, and maintain segmented lists aligned with PMP’s ideal client profile.• Run relevant outbound outreach. Start professional conversations through calls, email, Linked In, referrals, networking, and appropriate business messaging channels—personalized to the prospect’s context.• Qualify opportunities. Assess business need, service fit, urgency, decision authority, budget readiness, and expected timeline before progressing a lead.• Book discovery meetings. Secure meetings with the right stakeholders and provide the internal team with clear background, needs, expectations, and next steps.• Nurture the pipeline. Follow up consistently with prospects who are interested but not yet ready, without damaging trust through excessive contact.• Maintain accurate records. Keep the CRM or lead tracker updated with contact details, conversation notes, lead stage, next action, and follow-up date.• Improve the sales message. Share objections, market feedback, competitor insights, and recurring client needs so PMP can strengthen its offers and outreach.• Collaborate internally. Work with strategy, accounts, marketing, and management to ensure a smooth handover and accurate context for meetings or proposals.• Report performance. Provide a concise weekly view of activity, conversions, qualified opportunities, pipeline status, blockers, and recommended actions. How performance will be measured Monthly targets will be agreed based on PMP’s priority sectors, sales capacity, and the quality of the available market data. Core measures include:• Qualified discovery meetings held and sales-qualified opportunities accepted• Meeting show rate and quality of lead handover• Contact-to-reply and reply-to-meeting conversion rates• Qualified pipeline value and contribution to proposals, won accounts, and revenue• Follow-up discipline and CRM accuracy
Required experience and skills• 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development, sales development, lead generation, or client acquisition; agency or marketing-services experience is strongly preferred.• A track record of opening new conversations, booking meetings, and contributing to a measurable sales pipeline.• Strong spoken and written Arabic and English, with confident phone communication and concise business writing.• Good commercial judgment: able to identify a real business need rather than offer the same pitch to every prospect.• Strong research, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills, with comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, Linked In, email, and common business tools.• Resilience, ownership, professionalism, and the discipline to work toward targets without relying on spam-style outreach. Preferred, but not essential An existing network among founders or marketing decision-makers; familiarity with agency services; or experience selling tailored professional services where the scope must be shaped around the client’s needs. Compensation and growth Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based commission, with room to grow into broader business-development, partnerships, or account-growth responsibilities.
