Electro Mechanaical Construction Manager (RO Plants)
Construction Management: Oversee the installation of RO systems, pumps, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical distribution networks, ensuring full alignment with approved shop drawings.
Schedule Adherence: Develop and manage detailed construction schedules to meet milestone targets; identify bottlenecks and implement solid recovery plans.
Quality Control (QC): Enforce strict quality assurance protocols, leading testing and commissioning processes to ensure peak system efficiency.
Safety & HSE: Champion an absolute safety culture on-site, conducting regular safety audits and toolbox talks in compliance with HSE regulations.
Subcontractor Management: Mentor and coordinate subcontractors and site engineers, resolve contractual or field disputes, and manage progress payments.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive construction management experience, with a proven track record specifically within large-scale RO desalination plants.
Technical Skills: Expert, deep knowledge of heavy MEP infrastructure and plant systems.
Software Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on skills in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM workflows), and MS Office.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and decisive conflict-resolution capabilities under high-pressure conditions.
