About the Role: Qontrac is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing on-site execution with office-based tender preparation.
Responsibilities:
Site Management: Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Tendering & Estimation: Prepare, review, and analyze tender documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) Project Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery. Quality & Safety Control: Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety regulations, and proactively resolve any technical engineering issues that arise during construction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.5+ years of proven experience, with a mandatory background in both site engineering and tendering. Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations. Proficiency in relevant engineering and drafting software (e.g., Auto CAD). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
