Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Scribe (Doctors Only) role is based in Heliopolis and supports physicians by accurately documenting patient encounters in real time. The Medical Scribe will review and update electronic medical records, capture histories, physical exam findings, assessments, and treatment plans, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant with clinical standards. Daily responsibilities include clarifying information with physicians, organizing medical data, and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all records. The role also involves coordinating with clinical staff, tracking diagnostic tests and procedures, and supporting the provider in improving workflow efficiency and patient experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong scribe skills, including real-time documentation and accurate record-keeping in a clinical environment. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy to effectively understand and document patient encounters. Candidates should possess medical assisting capabilities, including familiarity with clinical workflows and support tasks in outpatient or hospital settings. Candidates should possess clear, professional communication skills for interacting with physicians, clinical staff, and patients while maintaining confidentiality. Relevant medical degree (MD) or equivalent qualification; prior experience as a medical scribe or physician in a clinical setting is highly beneficial. Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
