Responsibilities Lead, manage, and continuously improve the entire production process. Develop and execute production plans to achieve production targets. Contribute to production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and oversee quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a safe production environment and ensure compliance with company safety standards. Analyze production performance and prepare reports for management. Lead, coach, and develop the production team to improve productivity and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.2–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management (SCM) background. Residing in 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, Giza,. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
