We are hiring a Procurement Manager to lead and govern all procurement activities across our projects. The role is based in Egypt, with a requirement to relocate to Saudi Arabia at any time after hiring based on business needs. About the Role You will develop procurement strategies, ensure cost alignment with approved budgets, manage supply chain risks, oversee subcontractor and supplier engagements, and maintain full compliance with the company's procurement governance framework and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement project-specific procurement strategies aligned with contract requirements, approved Budget/BOQ, and execution plans. Forecast material, equipment, and subcontractor needs; oversee procurement schedules against project milestones. Monitor procurement budgets, drive cost efficiency, and lead value-engineering initiatives with Project and QS teams. Approve vendor/subcontractor prequalification and govern the approved supplier list; oversee supplier performance evaluations. Review, negotiate, and approve supplier and subcontractor contracts; manage variations, claims, and disputes with QS. Ensure timely delivery to sites, mitigate supply chain risks, and keep procurement records audit-ready. Coordinate FF&E sourcing, sample/mock-up approvals, and international logistics including customs clearance (where applicable). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.10–15 years of procurement experience, including supervisory/team-lead roles. CPSM certification preferred; training in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, and Vendor Management. Excellent English (written and spoken); knowledge of ERP/procurement systems. Strong skills in cost control, contract management, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
