Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Distributors & Wholesale Manager
What will you do?
• Develop and execute the distributors and wholesale sales strategy
across Egypt.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and key
wholesale customers.
• Identify and appoint new distributors to expand market coverage.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business
opportunities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and
efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor distributors' performance, stock levels, and compliance with
company standards.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business performance
reports.
• Lead, coach, and develop the distributors and wholesale sales team.

ماذا ستفعل؟
• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية مبيعات التوزيع والجملة
عبر مصر.
• إدارة وتعزيز العلاقات مع الموزعين والعملاء الجملة الرئيسيين.
• تحديد وتعيين موزعين جدد لتوسيع تغطية السوق.
• متابعة أداء المبيعات وضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
• تحليل اتجاهات السوق، أنشطة المنافسين، وفرص الأعمال.
• التنسيق مع سلسلة الإمداد لضمان توافر المنتج و
إنجاز الطلب بكفاءة.
• متابعة أداء الموزعين ومستويات المخزون والامتثال لمعايير الشركة.
• إعداد توقعات المبيعات، الميزانيات، وتقارير الأداء التجاري الدورية.
• قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق مبيعات التوزيع والجملة.
