• Source and purchase wood, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, accessories, and other production materials.

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.

• Obtain and compare quotations while ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sourcing opportunities.

• Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.

• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders according to production schedules.

• Track supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, and service.

• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and budgets.

• Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate procurement records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, interior fit-out, or construction materials.

• Strong knowledge of wood products, MDF, plywood, HPL, veneers, solid wood, hardware, adhesives, and finishing materials.

• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Good understanding of local market suppliers and procurement processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
