Overview

As a Production Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless execution of manufacturing plans while continuously improving efficiency and productivity. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between planning and execution, transforming ideas into high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production processes by identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and minimizing waste.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout all production stages.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical production issues to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing principles.

• Experience in production processes, process optimization, and quality control.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts.

• Good project management and technical documentation skills.

• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience as a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
