Tire Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with tire dealers, distributors, fleets, and corporate customers.* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.* Promote PLSTONE, PRAXENT, and CTM tire brands.* Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.* Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.* Follow up on customer orders, collections, and after-sales service.* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.* Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (preferred).* Minimum 1 years of experience in tire sales or the automotive industry.* Strong knowledge of passenger, truck, agricultural, or motorcycle tires.* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.* Good customer relationship management skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.* Valid driver’s license.* Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience with tire manufacturers, importers, distributors, or automotive spare parts companies.* Existing relationships with tire dealers and wholesalers are highly preferred.
