Role Description The Personal Trainer role at Cosmo Fit EG is a full-time, on-site position based in El Sherouk. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver individualized and group fitness programs, provide exercise instruction and demonstrations, and monitor client progress toward health and performance goals. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, guiding safe use of gym equipment, offering basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and maintaining a motivating and inclusive training environment. The role also involves collaborating with gym staff, supporting member retention, and ensuring sessions align with Cosmo Fit™ standards for client care and safety. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to tailor workouts to varied fitness levels and goals. Proficiency in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching for both individual and group sessions. Knowledge of Nutrition principles to provide general guidance that supports training outcomes. Relevant certifications in personal training or fitness (e.g., accredited personal trainer certification) and current CPR/First Aid certification. Experience working in a gym or fitness facility, preferably with diverse client populations. Excellent communication, client relationship, and motivational skills, with a commitment to safety and inclusion. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to support member schedules.
