Day-to-day tasks involve providing legal consulting to internal teams and clients, identifying and addressing legal issues related to platform design, data usage, contracts, and compliance. The role also includes collaborating with product, operations, and business stakeholders to embed legal standards into digital workflows, managing legal risk, and maintaining clear, accessible legal documentation. The legal professional will contribute to the development of policies, terms of use, and governance frameworks that support scalable, institution-grade digital solutions.

Proficiency in Legal Consulting, including advising cross-functional teams and stakeholders on risk, compliance, and structuring of digital and B2B platforms. Hands-on experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, policies, and governance documents. Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts clearly to both legal and non-legal audiences and collaborate in remote, distributed teams. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; advanced legal qualifications or bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction are highly beneficial. Experience with technology, Saa S, or platform-based business models and familiarity with data protection, commercial, and corporate regulations. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to building scalable legal and governance frameworks. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-evolving regional and global regulatory landscape.
