Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

- Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.

- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.

- Manage ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other business applications.

- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Lead digital transformation and technology improvement projects.

- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service providers.

- Prepare and control the IT department budget.

- Ensure business continuity through backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity practices.

- Provide technical support and guidance to all business functions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

- Very good command of English.
