Job Responsibilities :Oversee the Seizures & Reservations team workflow to ensure 100% accuracy and zero-error execution. Conduct and supervise precise customer profile searches in English on core banking systems. Handle all reservation-related court cases, draft defense memos, and attend judicial hearings. Review and approve complex legal opinions and responses before final execution. Act as the main escalation point for critical inquiries from the CBE, courts, and tax authorities. Active registration at the Courts of Appeal. Minimum of 10 years of banking legal experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Bachelor of Laws (LLB) - English section is preferred.
