• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for tinting machines.

• Regularly inspect tinting machines to identify potential issues, defects, or malfunctions that may affect their performance.

• Perform repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting on tinting machines to address mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues effectively.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance activities, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to ensure the longevity and efficiency of tinting machines.

• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of spare parts for timely repairs and maintenance.

• Lead and supervise a team of Tinting Machine Technicians, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper training and development.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

• Generate reports to track machine performance and maintenance history.

• Collaborate with the Tinting Machine Maintenance Section Head and other stakeholders to align maintenance activities with production requirements.

• Full commitment to HSE requirements and to halt any work activities that are incompatible with these standards.

• Ensure that all employees under their supervision adhere strictly to HSE instructions.

• Authority to make decisions regarding actions that may impact the environment or occupational health & safety.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• 1+ years of maintenance experience, including supervisory experience.

• Experience in tinting machines or industrial equipment maintenance.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMMS knowledge is a plus.

• Good command of English.

• Strong commitment to HSE standards.
