• Monitor and operate plastic production lines in accordance with the approved production plan.

• Ensure smooth and continuous production flow while minimizing interruptions.

• Track daily production outputs against targets and escalate deviations.

• Supervise product quality to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.

• Coordinate with the Quality team to address non-conformities and implement corrective &preventive actions.

• Support in-process inspections and ensure adherence to quality procedures.

• Assist in preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the Maintenance team.

• Report technical issues, abnormalities, or equipment breakdowns promptly.

• Support troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime.

• Track raw material consumption and ensure alignment with production requirements.

• Monitor material waste and identify opportunities for reduction.

• Prepare and submit regular consumption and variance reports.

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

• Promote a safe working environment and report any hazards or unsafe practices.

• Participate in safety audits and compliance activities.

• Prepare daily production reports including output, downtime, waste, and efficiency metrics.

• Provide accurate data to support management review and decision-making.

• Maintain proper documentation of production activities.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production workflow.

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.

• Support production scheduling and changeovers.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant field)

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in production within plastic manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Familiarity with plastic processing / injection / extrusion blow molding  operations is preferred.
