Job Details

  • Supervise and manage all company drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations.

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor the daily deployment of vehicles to support project and operational requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle utilization, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, and driver assignments.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize fleet availability and minimize downtime.

  • Liaise with workshops and service providers to ensure quality repairs and timely maintenance.

  • Monitor vehicle inspections and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with legal requirements.

  • Manage vehicle registration, licensing, insurance renewals, and other statutory documentation.

  • Coordinate insurance claims related to vehicle accidents or damages and follow up until closure.

  • Investigate vehicle incidents and recommend corrective actions to improve safety and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor fuel usage and implement measures to control operating costs and prevent misuse.

  • Ensure all drivers possess valid driving licenses and required certifications.

  • Conduct driver performance evaluations and provide coaching on safe and efficient driving practices.

  • Prepare fleet reports, maintenance schedules, cost analyses, and KPI reports for management.

  • Support procurement activities related to vehicles, spare parts, fuel, and fleet service contracts.

  • Ensure compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and applicable transportation regulations.

  • Perform other fleet administration duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree .

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or vehicle administration, preferably within the construction industry.

  • Valid driving license with the ability to supervise and assess company drivers.

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet operations, and transportation regulations.

  • Experience managing fleet insurance, vehicle registration, licensing, and accident claims.

  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and fleet cost control.

  • Experience supervising drivers and coordinating daily transportation activities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and fleet management software.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities across different project sites.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
