Job Details

  • Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation processes.

  • Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory to support business and production requirements.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse policies, procedures, and operational workflows.

  • Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse teams to achieve productivity, accuracy, and performance targets.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Sales departments to ensure efficient material flow.

  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.

  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

  • Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP transactions while ensuring data accuracy.

  • Prepare operational reports, inventory analysis, and performance dashboards for senior management.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, cost efficiency, and customer service levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Previous experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Industrial companies is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, and distribution processes.

  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of inventory control techniques, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.

  • Experience managing large warehouse teams and driving operational excellence.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.

  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.

  • Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, warehouse safety standards, and food safety regulations is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational KPIs and deadlines.
