Medium or high medium qualification (industrial diploma / technical institute / specialization in electronics or electricity).
Prefer 1 to 3 years of experience in electronics plants or electronic circuits assembly (fresh graduates are welcome if they have the required skills).
Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and drawings.
Experience soldering and desoldering electronic components with precision.
Ability to use measuring devices such as:
Digital Multimeter.
Power Supply.
Oscilloscope (an added advantage).
Knowledge of basic electronic components and how to identify them.
Compliance with operating instructions and quality procedures.
Ability to work on production lines and achieve daily targets.
Adherence to occupational safety procedures and protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Ability to diagnose simple faults and report or repair them according to procedures.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and withstand work pressure.
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when needed.
