EBI is looking for a Design Specialist with the expertise, passion, and capabilities to join our dynamic team! Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Lead and manage diverse teams, including trainers, instructional designers, and SME staff.· Drive strategic initiatives and oversee impactful training projects.· Review curriculum, develop training material outlines, and assess training needs.· Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, industry associations, and networks.· Ensure training programs' effectiveness through strong analytical and strategic skills.· Oversee training budgets, secure resources, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Skills and Knowledge:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.· Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in training & development, preferably in financial services or education.· Excellent English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading).· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior management and stakeholders.· Analytical thinking to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.· Team leadership and a collaborative spirit.
