Required Criteria Experience: 10+ years of intensive experience in a Food Manufacturing facility (Preferable with Food Ingredients). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
